Kobe is a restaurant chain in Alabama. I met with the owner of the chain 6 months before I began working with them. He at the time was not to keen on social media marketing. However, about 6 months later I received a phone call from him stating he was ready to start. He owned 3 restaurants and I was to start with the Montgomery location. If he saw a change he would then contract me for the other two. I signed them to a year contract for the 1st location and began work shortly thereafter.‍‍‍

‍‍‍I knew who my target demographic was for the sushi bar and steak house, but I had to figure out what would attract them to the location. I began by looking at their competitors and their specials. I assessed the situation and came to the conclusion that, if I wanted to get people in, that I would have to do the opposite of what others were doing. So instead of having a normal 5-7 pm happy hour, I began a happy hour that started from 8 to close. I featured buy one specialty roll get one regular roll free and half off on drinks. Then I began building content to attract people to their Facebook page, and to ultimately get them in to the store. The after hours happy hour did the trick and we increased their store visits by 10-20% on a monthly basis. I ended up contracting them for all their locations.‍‍‍
